George II style miniature or salesman sample slant front desk from one of the top London Cabinetmaking firms of the early 20th century, Maitland & Glascoe.
The fall front enclosing a fitted interior above two short and three long drawers, with twin handles to the sides and raised on ogee bracket feet. Original brass tag. A rare find for the collector. Pre-owned in very good condition. Early 20th century.
